Return and Refund Policy — Keystone Sun City Ventures LLC (RUNES shop)

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Stickers, free gifts, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you and cover return shipping.

Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
